| FINFROCK SIGNS UP FLORIDA & VIRGINIA PROJECTS |

Finfrock construction has been selected as design-builder for two parking garages for the new Merrifield mixed-use Town Center by the developer, Edens & Avant in Merrifield, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C. The value of the two projects is 26.1 million. the East garage will be submitted for permit in late May '08. the West garage permit will follow about one month later. Completion for the project is scheduled for mid-2009. Also, Finfrock construction has signed contracts with Skanska USA for Met Life Phase 1 garage, in Tampa, FL, for $9.9 million and with Hardin Construction for Darden Restaurants, in Orlando, FL, for $7.7 million. In both contracts Finfrock will act as the design-builder and the precast concrete supplier. Completion of both buildings is scheduled for mid-2009.

| ORLANDO REGIONAL HEALTHCARE SELECTS FINFROCK/JENNINGS TEAM |

Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct continues its long and successful teaming with Jack Jennings & Sons in contracting for the design-build delivery of the 9-level, 2,246 space parking garage for Orlando Regional Healthcare. The garage will sit atop a campus-wide drainage/exfiltration system and will include upper-level sun shades and two pedestrian bridge links. Construction has already begun with a planned 3rd quarter 2009 completion date. Baker Barrios Architects are providing exterior program design services in conjunction with the adjoining Medical Office Building.

| SKANSKA SELECTS FINFROCK FOR METLIFE GARAGE |

Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct has recently signed its fourth design-build contract with Skanska USA Building, Inc. for the delivery of a $6.8 million, parking garage to serve the new MetLife office building. Construction on the 6-level garage will begin in the second quarter of 2008 with completion scheduled by year-end, 2008.

Following the recommendation of Miami Asset Management Co., Woods Partners selected Finfrock DMC, Inc. as design-builder for the $10.8 million 5-level parking structure. The garage is closed on three sides by apartments and as such is fully ventilated. Construction start is planned for Jan. '08 with a Scheduled completion of Aug. '08.

| FINFROCK WINS COMPETITION FOR DARDEN PROJECT |

Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct won an RFP selection process to design and build the new parking structure for Darden Restaurants. Finfrock's design was selected because of the optimization and ease of future expansion. The 4-level structure, priced at $7.8 million, will begin construction during the 2nd Q of '08 with a completion date before the end of the year.

Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct has recently signed its third design-build contract with Skanska USA Building, Inc. for the delivery of a $9.5 million, 955-car parking garage to serve H. Lee Moffitt Cancer and Research Center. Construction will begin in the fourth quarter of 2007 with completion scheduled mid-June, 2008.

Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct has recently signed a design-build contract with Unicorp National Development, Inc. This contract is for the delivery of four (4) parking garages to serve a new town center type of development in Richmond, VA. The re-design of the garage from the original concept drawings eliminated fire sprinklers and brought the project back into budget. The $21.4 million project will break ground in 4th quarter of 2007 with scheduled completion in the 4th quarter of 2008.

| KUD INTERNATIONAL SELECTS FINFROCK FOR BONNET CREEK RESORT |

Finfrock Design-Manufacture-Construct has recently signed its design-build contract with KUD International. This one is for the delivery of a $13.1 million parking garage to serve a new hotel and conference center at Bonnet Creek in Orlando. The re-design of the garage from the original concept drawings brought the project back into budget. A covered bridge from the garage to the resort was added to the project as a result of the savings. Construction start is expected in early 2008 with an early 2009 completion date.
